Dear Tyrone

First, stop worrying - you are not alone.

Second, unless you choose to go to a prostitute, sex comes second. Friendship comes first.

By all means think about sex (most men do, constantly) but spend a little time and effort going where you might meet women socially; doing things that enable you to have conversations.

Most of all, simply notice the women you speak to.

Notice that they are people, not just sex objects, notice that they have interests, concerns and needs, just as you do.

And notice that they don't bite.

Be a friend; the sex can wait (and it will).
