Nominal Restriction?

I am gettting married in February and feel that my fiance should be the only woman to have my name.

I want to know if I can require, through
court order, my ex-wife to give my my surname?

Dear Kenny

You didn't think about that when you married her, did you? You gave her the name; it now belongs to her. It's up to her what she does with it.

Don't you think your new marriage will be more successful if you look to the future, not the past? Do get a life.
