Unmarried rights?
Ursula asks:
I live with this good man, he's
been married before and so have I,
what are my rights in living with
this man and not getting married,
I've lived with him now for 4 years,
he doesn't want to get married again,
we love each other, but he's afraid
of getting a divorce.
How can I protect myself should he
pass on, he's a sick man thank you.

If he
writes a will, there's probably no
problem. If he doesn't, it depends
if he has family and what the law
says about people without wills.
