I broke a promise

Well I broke my promise to him, and I got dared to take off my shirt, (bra still on) well because I was drinking I went ahead and don't it, when I'm sober I wouldn't do something like that.

Now he asked me why he should trust and forgive me? And I'm not sure how to answer him. I'm truely sorry, I regret it all, and don't know what to do.

It's difficult to help you, because you are not being honest with me, are you? This whole thing hinges on Why He Asked You To Promise, doesn't it? Is it because he already didn't trust you? is it because he has a problem? Is it because of who you would be with? (strange, you never said. Girlfriends? One person? 50?).

Maybe he's boring, you want out, and you want him to make the decision, so you're pushing him past his limit. Maybe you were punishing him. Maybe you just need to grow up.

Mirror time: Look yourself in the eye (sober if you can manage it) and ask yourself "What do I want?". If you want him, then look after him. If you don't, deal with it before the world thinks you are a lying no-good ... you get the picture!
